One of those bands that sort of fell through the cracks, there are numerous collections out there chronicling the Southern rock history of the Atlanta Rhythm Section. While this set from Intersound might not be as complete as ARS's installment in Polydor's 20th Century Masters series, it will still give the casual fan an effective overview of the group, and provide a few hits. "So Into You" and "Imaginary Lover" are standout tracks that showcase Atlanta Rhythm Section's glossy amalgam of Southern rock and Nashville country. ~ Johnny Loftus, All Music Guide
