These 30 radio transcriptions from 1951 (his complete output for Standard) range from novelties and covers of popular songs to swingin' instrumentals and remakes of his RCA hits. A young Jaye P. Morgan (then known as Mary Morgan) was in Penny's band and she appears on "I'm Waiting Just for You" and "I Like the Wide Open Spaces."
