The Atlanta Rhythm Section would probably take issue with a compilation called All Their Best, especially when it contains only ten songs -- a rough average of one song per studio album (through 1981's Quinella). "The Cream of the Crop" might be a more respectable title, but even then, the body of work to pool from is too deep to warrant a compilation this slight. Still, this isn't a half-bad introduction for those only wanting the radio hits -- such as "So into You," "Imaginary Lover," "I'm Not Gonna Let It Bother Me Tonight," "Spooky," and "Champagne Jam." The band's contribution to the 20th Century Masters series, however, has better presentation and is more desirable. ~ Andy Kellman, All Music Guide
